The Middletown Sports Hall of Fame & Museum is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich athletic history of Middletown. Through the recognition of outstanding athletes, coaches, teams, and contributors, we honor those whose achievements, leadership, and dedication have made a lasting impact on our community.

Our mission is not only to recognize excellence in sports, but also to inspire future generations by preserving the stories, traditions, and values that define Middletown’s proud sports legacy.

Nominations for future induction classes may be submitted at any time using our ONLINE NOMINATION FORM.

Please note that nomination submissions must be received by December 31 to be considered for the upcoming induction cycle. Submissions received after the deadline will automatically be considered for the following induction cycle.
