We respectfully invite past and present inductees, sports enthusiasts, community supporters, and local businesses to become Lifetime Members of the Middletown Sports Hall of Fame & Museum.

The Middletown Sports Hall of Fame & Museum is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to honoring outstanding athletes, coaches, teams, contributors, and preserving the rich history of sports in our community. Since 1994, the Hall of Fame has recognized 

individuals whose achievements, leadership, and dedication have brought pride and distinction to the City of Middletown.

LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

A Lifetime Membership is available through a one-time contribution of $150.

Lifetime Members receive:

• Lifetime membership in the Corporation

• The right to vote on all matters that come before the Corporation

• Recognition in Hall of Fame publications, programs, and on the website

• The satisfaction of helping preserve Middletown's athletic history for future generations
