We are respectfully encouraging all past and present Inductees, and local businesses to join the Middletown Sports Hall of Fame as Lifetime Members.  

        As you are well aware, the non-profit/all volunteer Middletown Sports Hall of Fame was created to honor outstanding athletes and other sports minded individuals such as you, and to preserve the deep and rich history of sports in the City of Middletown. We are proud of the fact that since 1994, the Board of Directors has inducted many outstanding athletes into this Sports Hall of Fame.

         For a one-time contribution of $150.00, you can help to ensure the future of the Middletown Sports Hall of Fame & Museum. Your contribution will assist in maintenance of the museum and its artifacts, the cost of mailings/publications and the purchase of awards such as: plaques, shirts, hats, pins and a souvenir DVD. Your contribution will continue to enable us to give to all future Inductees what you have so deservingly received. In addition, your name will appear in the Hall of Fame on our Lifetime Member Plaque as well as appear in our dinner program booklet and on our website.
