2025 Program & Donor Information

 On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Middletown Sports Hall of Fame, I’d like to thank you for your $150.00 Lifetime membership contribution.

As you well know, your contribution will assist us in defraying the costs of the maintenance of the museum artifacts, purchase of Inductee awards (plaques, DVD, shirts, hats, pins, etc.), high school scholar/athlete scholarships and the general upkeep of the hall.

Also, as an additional recognition of your Lifetime membership contribution, your name will be listed on our Website, in our annual Induction Dinner program booklet as well as on a plaque in the Hall of Fame.

All in all, your contribution aids us in our endeavor to continue to honor the legacy, and tradition of Middletown Sports and those who deserve that honor through their achievements and accomplishments on and off the fields/courts of competition.
